Orders

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact support@example.com for assistance.

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Send images to support@example.com and include your order number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@example.com with your order number. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, changes are not possible. Please contact support@example.com for assistance.

My order was marked delivered but it's not here.

Please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can't locate your order, contact our support team at support@example.com with your order number and we will investigate.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Send images to support@example.com and include your order number.

How do I apply promo/discount codes?

Enter your promo code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout. Make sure to apply it before completing your purchase. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Do you use real gemstones?

Yes, we use genuine gemstones in our products. Each gemstone is carefully selected for quality and authenticity. You can find details about the gemstones used in each product description.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To care for your jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water. Store it in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch. Clean it gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Many of our products are made with hypoallergenic materials like sterling silver and 14k gold. Please check the product description for specific materials. If you have allergies, contact us for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping times vary by location, typically 10-15 business days. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is $20. International shipping rates vary by country and order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Contact support@example.com to start a return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email support@example.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please include photos if the item is damaged.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
